These Terms explain the rules for using Numsy, including the Discord bot, Numsy Party Activity, website, public leaderboard and related services.
By inviting, accessing or using Numsy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Numsy on behalf of a Discord server, organisation or other group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that group.
If you do not agree, do not use Numsy and remove the app from your server.
Numsy is a Discord-based counting experience. It may include:
Numsy is provided for entertainment and community use. It is not a gambling service, a prize competition, or a paid financial service.
Numsy operates through Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms, community rules and privacy policy. Discord may separately process account, server, voice-channel and Activity information under its own policies.
Numsy is an independent project and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Discord unless Discord explicitly says otherwise.
When using Numsy, you must not:
Server administrators are responsible for deciding which channels Numsy may access and for configuring the app appropriately for their communities.
Scores and leaderboards are for fun. Numsy may validate, reset, disqualify, correct, remove or refuse any score or leaderboard entry where we reasonably suspect cheating, a bug, invalid configuration, abuse, an outage or another integrity issue.
Global leaderboard placement is not guaranteed. A server or channel name, channel name and score may appear publicly when a valid streak reaches the public ranking. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Numsy Party is a multiplayer Activity. Players must follow the rules of the selected mode and avoid deliberate disruption, including sabotaging rounds, exploiting timing issues or impersonating another player.
Mode rules, scores and availability may change as the Activity is updated. A round can be ended, reset or invalidated where necessary to keep the experience fair or stable.
Numsy may provide profiles, XP, Aura, achievements and cosmetic inventory. Aura, cosmetics, titles, frames, badges, profile cards, effects and similar items are virtual, non-transferable features for entertainment only. They are not money, cryptocurrency, a security, a stored-value account, or property with cash value.
Seasonal cosmetics may be available only during a stated season. Once a cosmetic is validly obtained, Numsy intends to keep it in the player’s inventory, but may remove, replace, disable or restrict an item where required for law, safety, rights protection, technical reasons, fraud prevention, misuse or service integrity.
Cosmetics can change the appearance of a Numsy HQ profile and a num.profile embed. They do not improve counting, Party performance, leaderboard placement or other competitive outcomes.
Seasons, Club leagues and weekly events are optional game systems. Names, themes, durations, point values, eligibility, rewards, rotation and availability may change. Numsy may start, end, reset, skip, archive, correct or invalidate a season, event or score where reasonably necessary for operation, integrity, bug fixes, abuse prevention or content changes.
Server administrators may control whether their server joins an optional event. They remain responsible for their server’s configuration and community moderation.
Owner-created cosmetics may include uploaded or externally linked artwork. By uploading, linking or submitting artwork to Numsy, the uploader confirms they have the necessary rights and permissions to use it and grant Numsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, display, resize and distribute it only as needed to operate the related cosmetic and Numsy services.
Numsy may reject, remove or disable artwork at any time where it may violate these Terms, another person’s rights, Discord rules, law, hosting rules, safety standards or the intended style and operation of the service.
Some bot configurations can enable optional math handling. For example, a message beginning with | may be sent to Wolfram|Alpha to answer a query when that feature is enabled by a server administrator. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Do not submit sensitive, personal or confidential information through optional query features.
Numsy is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, pause, limit or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including to maintain security, fix bugs, improve gameplay or meet legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that Numsy will always be available, error-free, compatible with every Discord client, or preserved without interruption.
We may suspend or restrict access to Numsy, remove leaderboard data or block a server, channel or user where we reasonably believe these Terms, Discord’s rules or applicable law have been violated, or where access creates a security or operational risk.
You may stop using Numsy at any time by removing it from your Discord server and stopping use of the website or Activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numsy is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses caused by Discord outages, third-party services, user behaviour, invalid game data, internet issues or unauthorised access outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms when Numsy changes or when required by law. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after a material update means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
